1. How do I find your store ?

Our store is located in Larnaca, Cyprus. We are located next to the Fire Station, on Giannou Kranidioti Avenue No. 5. You may want to take a look at the map located at the link below.

2. How can I contact your store?

You can contact us by phone at +357-24-638777 ~ or by fax at +357-24-642777.


3. Can I pay online? Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Absolutely, we are taking orders online either by Paypal or by credit card (handled by 2Checkout). Any data related to your credit card information is not recorded by us. Our 3rd party 2Checkout.com, is a leading international merchant which integrated their solution within our website and they offer the most up-to-date,secure transaction processing system. These are some of the accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.


4. When I place an order, will it be delivered the same day?

You order must be placed at least one day earlier than the desired delivery date. In case there is any problem with the receiver's information, we would like to have time to solve the issue and be able to deliver on time. If you need same day delivery feel free to call us.


5. Which cities are you able to deliver?

We have the ability to deliver an order to all the major cities of Cyprus (Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Paralimni, Agia Napa and Nicosia). This is the southern part of Cyprus.


6. Who is the owner of the store?

The owner and manager of the store is Mr. George Patsalos, whom you can find most of the time in the front desk.


7. Where do your fresh flowers and plants come from?

Every day we have new fresh cut flowers and plants from all over Cyprus. We also import plants from Holland.


8. What other products do you sell except flowers?

Except fresh cut flowers and plants we have a big variety of indoor and outdoor pots. Our staff is specialized in making decorations with dry and fresh flowers. Anything regarding plant's diseases and gardening you can find it here. Just pass by our shop you will be amazed by the variety of things we offer to you. If you have something in mind and you can't find it just asked at the front desk. We will be more than happy to listen to you and satisfy your needs.


9. Can I send flowers on a Sunday?

Unfortunately, some local florists are closed on Sundays, so we recommend choosing Saturday or Monday as your delivery date. Although, you can choose Sunday as a delivery date from our calendar, we will do our best to find a local florist who delivers on Sundays. In case we can't find anybody, it will be delivered first thing Monday morning. On special occasions like Mother's day or Valentine’s Day, almost all of the local florists deliver on Sundays.


10. Items shown in the picture are included in the price?

A vase (or any item) is not included in the price unless specified in the product description.


11. Can I add a personal message with my order?

It is important to provide us with your full contacts details, including a valid phone number. Customer service may need to contact you to confirm the recipient's address, payment details or to modify the order.


12. Can I add a personal message with my order?

Yes, you are able to provide a personal message on the check out procedure. As the message will be on a message card, it is important to ensure that you limit the message to a maximum of 255 characters.


13. What does it mean Upgrade to Deluxe or Premium?

The option at the bottom of your page suggests an upgrade to Deluxe or Premium. Deluxe is the first option and Premium is the best bouquet we can offer!


14. How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs 10 Euros within Larnaca and 15 Euros anywhere else. We don't deliver to North Cyprus.


15. Do you ship international?

Yes, we do have partners around the world. Please contact us by phone or by email to give you a price quote.


16. How come my order looks like is on hold?

One option, is that your credit card was rejected by 2Checkout.com , or otherwise you left the order unfinished. Please login back in your account and your shopping cart should still have your order. If you experience any issues and you still want us to execute the order, please give us a call or sent us an email.


17. What is your guarantee or refund policy?

We guarantee that all of our flowers are fresh and usually shipped within 48 hours of being cut. They are individually picked by the best providers within Cyprus and delivered to the recipient as fresh as possible. We take a great pride on our commitment and we will never compromise on your flower's freshness or longevity. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please call or email us and we will happy to either send a new identical bouquet, or initiate a full/partial refund. Please note that we will contact the recipient and courier to accommodate your concern, therefore a replacement or refund is on a case-by-case basis.


18. Do you prepare floral arrangements for weddings?

Yes, we do have partners around the country that are specialized in such an important ceremony. Please contact us by phone or by email to give you more information.


19. What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page. This is the confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive an email confirmation once your order has been received at COSMEAGARDENS.COM. If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.


20. How do I check the status of my order?

Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in the recipient's area and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately. If you provided an email address, we will send you a delivery confirmation as soon as we receive it from the driver. If you still have questions, just send us an email.


21. How can I use a promotional code?

To use a promotion code, have the code ready as you proceed through our website. Once you are transferre to 2checkout.com to enter your payment information, enter the code carefully into the box that says "Coupon Code". Note that coupons may vary and are subject to availability, delivery rules and times.


22. I would like to cancel my order. How shall I proceed?

If your order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. Just Email us and we would be happy to assist you.


23. What is the process of entering an order?

1) First you choose the flowers you like and click add to your cart. Then, either you continue shopping or click checkout to proceed to payment. If you create an account with us, you will be able to keep record of your orders, or go to checkout straight ahead.
2) The system will ask you to enter your personal info, and then you will have to change the delivery address, because the system uses your personal address, as the delivery address too. Billing address for your visa, if it’s not the same as your personal address, please change it.
3) Then you have to select the Delivery Date and Delivery Time. Furthermore, you have the ability to add a message for your wishing card.
4) The system will represent your order information for a 2nd confirmation, before you are asked to enter your credit card for payment. You will be transferred to 2CHECKOUT.COM to fulfill your payment, either by Paypal or enter the number & expiration date & security code, of your credit card.
5) We would recommend you to place an order at least one day prior, it will be very helpful to us, in order to prepare your Order properly and deliver it on time.
